"Lightfoot house is a lovely compact 1 bedroom property. Very well decorated and very clean. Thank you for supplying all of the essentials needed for our trip. The location was very good, a 20 minute stroll along the canal gets you into the city centre. The suburb of Hoole is a short walk away also, with a good selection of pubs and restaurants. Parking is a great bonus with the car park behind the property. All in all, a very enjoyable short stay. We would definitely use again when we return to...

"There is no “front desk” just the property manager and they do not answer any calls from you or hotels.com. I had to call them constantly for twenty minutes just to get into the house because they didn’t send any email with information on how to do that. There was no hot water for showers and the bathroom upstairs leaked into the bottom room which my group stayed in. "Fantastic location. Walking distance to Etihad stadium and co op live. Easy bus and tram links into the city center. Free secure parking onsite House was clean and well equipped with plenty of soaps and towels etc provided. The only negative was the mattresses weren't very comfortable, other than this we had a great stay"
