Toalhas de banho novas e de qualidade. Ao fazer essa reserva, cometi um erro e o hotel foi muito prestativo em ajudar e corrigir o erro sem custo adicional. 「Hotel Dandy was amazing in beautiful Rouen! The location was amazing since it was less than five minutes from the center of the old square. The restaurants were everywhere and the food was excellent. I had a great recommendation from the hotel less than 10 steps away. The room was absolutely gorgeous and amazing with a large bathroom with a shower door and nice shower. It was very clean, comfy and cozy, I totally recommend visiting this hotel in Rouen. The staff was very nice and helpful....

「Eine schöne Unterkunft direkt an der Seine. Man kann hier einen schönen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt planen und sich die Umgebung ansehen. Ein sehr gutes Frühstück und auch das Abendessen ist hier hervorragend. Einzig an Wochenenden kann das Restaurant sehr voll werden. Abends sind die meisten weg und dann ist es dort herrlich ruhig. Allein die Anfahrt über die Bahnstrecke ist schon ein Erlebnis. Klare Empfhehlung. 」

「Excellent staff, very helpful and nice. Nice wide breakfast selection, the evening meal was quiet and very nice. Parking was tight but ok for a medium sized car. 」

「The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal,reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. 」
