「It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. I have stayed here at least five times and was very disappointed this time.」

「The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. 「As the first timer staying in your hotel.It's really sad to see that the rooms are not clean.The way they should be, i like the bathroom was really ugly with this yellow orange color slimy things on the edges of shower, the kitchen sink smelled really fishy is like the food processorneeds to be clean daily....my sister told one house keeper that th3 food processor was very stinky and only offer a scrub for us....bed sheets with stains,the entrance is very small to walk in...first thing you see...

「I do believe that this is a more place where they house transitional people. The room was clean, but it just had sheets no blankets. There was no coffee and the vending machine was down. It might be worth to pay a little more and get the amenities.」

The room appeared to be recently renovated and there appeared to be ongoing work on the property—hopefully this will address the lobby which was clean but the furniture and carpet was worn and in need of replacement.」
