"Our experience was wonderful, the hotel is well located in the heart of the city with magnificent views of Notre Dame de la Garde. It’s in a quiet area within Le Panier and their restaurant was excellent. We stayed on the top floor and our room had a private patio where we enjoyed a quiet breakfast and were able to relax after sightseeing. The service was excellent and the staff was friendly and spoke English and were very helpful with recommendations for seeing the sights. We felt very safe and taken care of, highly recommend it."

"J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel au cœur de Marseille. L’accueil fait par Jerome à notre arrivée était super et les installations sont impeccables. Le seul petit point négatif est les petits bruits dans la rue la nuit, mais étant donné que les chambres sont sur les étages on se sent en sécurité. Je recommande à n’importe qui qui considère l’hôtel Ligo!"

"The hotel was okay, but far below what I expected. I stayed for four days on a business trip and asked at least twice a day for access to an iron. Somehow, this turned out to be impossible. I was told the hotel had 15 iron sets, but they were always on loan. Several times, staff said they would call me when one became available, but I never heard anything. The rest of the stay was mostly in line with expectations, but for a business hotel, simple and important things like this matter. Not being able to iron clothes for four days is frustrating enough. The lack of helpful follow-up from the staff made it worse. Overall, an okay hotel in some respects, but disappointing when basic business travel needs are not handled properly."

"The cocoon room was so cozy and clean. Staff were super nice and helpful. They stored our luggage after checkout with no problem. Loved the setup of the room and the shower and bathroom were very clean and modern. The stairs up to the lobby weren’t a problem with two small suitcases."

"Stayed one night in an upgraded comfort ocean view room. In a word: Meh. It’s a somewhat worn out, uninspiring place. They have hired a wonderful photographer who makes all of the glossy hotel pictures look much nicer than it is. That fitness room? The photos of the two machines is exactly correct - there are only two machines. Nothing else - no weights, nothing else. That charming pool photo showing two beach chairs? There are only two beach chairs in the whole pool area. And that outdoor sun lounge? Yeah, it’s there but 30 meters from an elevated highway with traffic rushing by. At eye level. How peaceful! Bedroom was ok. Shower floods the bathroom floor. Bad pillows."
