"The first room we were given had been smoked in, but after checking the staff moved us to a different room - which was much better. The toilet reminded us of a plane toilet, slightly claustrophobic, but usable - shower was excellent."

"Absolutely fabulous hotel that has the most welcoming staff and renovated spaces. Felt like I was in a spa environment all the time. Hotel so centrally located in old port. Cannot speak highly enough about the friendly staff! So very helpful with suggestions and places to go and see and eat. Highly highly recommend this hotel!!"

"We booked the apt suite, which is great for us as we are introverts and did not have to interact with other guests. Location is great and if ur prone to getting hot, AC works well. Make sure to visit the Mucem, which is free to walk around and take photos of the amazing architecture and surrounding ocean views."

"The superior station room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, there is a good size tv; the bathroom is clean with shower, no tub though. The location is good with 10 mins walking to the downtown area. The onsite parking is available which is a plus for us. We didn’t buy its breakfast buffet but it seems good. The daily cleaning isn’t included by default and you have to pay to get it though but it’s not an issue for us. Will stay here again if we even come to this city."

"We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, with both Le Panier and the Vieux Port just a short walk away. Despite being so centrally located, the hotel was exceptionally quiet, which made it easy to relax and get a good night's sleep. We appreciated having storage space in our room as well as a fridge. The staff were very attentive, helpful, and accommodating especially with our late check-in/early check out."
