There is only security guard at night helping with self check-ins, a little inconvenient, but the staffs are very helpful. Rooms are small but have everything you need. Interesting concept to have a communal kitchen and lounge. Laundry facility is definitely a plus. The only downside is, there is renovation going on 3rd floor while we stay, but the hotel didn’t blocked off the unsightly mess.

Pretty coastal vistas are bountiful on a trip to Sai Kung — Clear Water Bay Second Beach (10 kilometers away) is a well-known example. It's a great idea to book a hotel close by.
