"I have stayed in this hotel many times. As usual, The room was cleaned very well during my most recent stay. However, the quality of breakfast has deteriorated since my last visit and the staff who checked me in assigned me the room not facing the side I asked for despite he told me it was taken care of. I was quite disappointed about that."

"This was my third time staying at this hotel, and I would absolutely love to come back the next time I visit Hong Kong! The location is fantastic, making it super easy to explore everywhere; the subway, bus, mini bus, and taxi services are just outside the hotel. There’s free Wi-Fi, a cozy little exercise room, and a laundromat available for a fee. Plus, there are many delightful restaurants and shops in the neighborhood! The rooms are spacious and clean, and the beds are comfy. A big shoutout to the amazing staff; they are knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Mr. Cheng and Miss Cheng for their incredible assistance in locating my lost luggage and helping me with everything I needed! That said, there are a couple of areas that could use a little improvement. It would be great to have a shelf in the toilet stall and shower stall so we don't have to be without clothes before and after using the shower. Also, adding more amenities like a café, a green area, a reading room, and a computer room would be wonderful, creating a nice space for people to relax outside their rooms. Overall, I had a wonderful stay!"
