"This was a great hotel and close to the IDP IELTS center. It's reasonably priced and well maintained. It isn't the cheapest or the closest but it seemed more likely to be higher quality than those places. This place was also good in that they were able to accommodate booking in someone else's name. Overall it was a good experience."

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson, and overall, my experience was very positive. Having stayed at hotels in different parts of the world, I greatly value professionalism, attentive service, and the small details that make a stay memorable. The front desk staff were consistently courteous, professional, and genuinely helpful. Their warm and welcoming attitude made me feel well taken care of throughout my stay. I would also like to recognize Manook, who prepared coffee on the hotel’s lovely open patio. He was exceptionally professional, attentive, and customer service oriented. His positive attitude and genuine pride in his work made a lasting impression. My only disappointment was the housekeeping service. I stayed from July 25 through August 9, arriving July 26 and checking out August 8. During my extended stay, I never noticed the room being vacuumed and repeatedly noticed the same dust in the corners, especially in the bathroom. On two occasions, I also had to request additional towels and shower gel from housekeeping and the front desk. I offer this as constructive feedback, as housekeeping is an important part of the overall guest experience. I hope Radisson management will address these concerns. Aside from this, I greatly appreciated the hospitality and professionalism of the staff and would certainly consider staying at the Radisson again."

"This hotel has a lovely lobby, spacious rooms, and a very kind, helpful staff. The first night I arrived late and had trouble finding the hotel; there is no signage on the building or door. During the day, the door is left open and the sign is visible on the wall. The rest of my stay was comfortable, and on the morning I left, the staff helped me get a car to the bus station because my phone wasn't connecting very will."
