「En svært god gjesteanmeldelse og en gunstig pris gjorde meg nysgjerrig – og det ble avgjørende for at jeg bestilte. Jeg bodde her i 13 netter og har ingenting å utsette på oppholdet. Det svarte fullt ut til forventningene. Vertskapet er sjeldent vennlig og imøtekommende. Hver morgen ble det servert en solid og smakfull, tradisjonell armensk frokost. Beliggenheten er også ideell – passe gangavstand til sentrum for den som liker å gå, samtidig som metrostasjonen ligger rett i nærheten. Alt i alt:...

「Not as clean as on the pictures and very smelly in the rooms amd shower ((( Shower doors are nearly broken (( So noisy from the road , even my ear plugs couldnt help me - because its located next to a busy road...so people who are sensitive to noise wont be able to sleep there (( Breakfast was very simple. Wont stay there again!」

「The area is completely in construction-renovation stage and till today i cannot understand how they can accept guests in such condition... When booking it was said outdoor swimming pool, breakfast, etc, however nothing was working or ready yet. Could not stay longer there and left the hotel after 1night. Not recommended - at least before they can complete the renovation, which doesn't seem to be quick...」

「This is serviced apartment with 24 hours reception. I prefer this than Airbnb because you can find staff any time if you have any questions. RIS Dalma collection apartment is located just beside Dalma garden mall which is the biggest mall in Yerevan. You can find food court, supermarket and currency exchange in the mall. We got a room on 11th floor which have a great view of the city. The room is equipped with full kitchen (oven, microwave, utensils etc.). We also booked the transportation...

「We loved our stay at Olympavan. Very friendly service, however, if you don't speak Armenian or Russian communication will be limited. Excellent gym facilities and a very generous buffet breakfast, catered for Armenian elite athletes who live and train here. Quick laundry service, shops nearby, wifi is good enough. The only trouble was the heat in early September and our non aircon room got very hot and muggy. Getting into city centre takes a while as traffic gets chaotic.」

「The hotel is clean and the breakfast is good. Overall speaking, it is a good hotel if you do not mind it locates a bit far from the city centre or you do not mind to call taxi for your transport. The nearest metro station is located about 20 minutes walk. The pedestrian around the hotel was bad and sometimes you need to walk on the car road. The traffic around the hotel is very busy.」
