「A short but very lovely stay! The staff was helpful, friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. The morning breakfast was good, although I would look into the waffle maker. There seemed to be an issue especially with one not working correctly. Therefore, waffles were not had by all! 」

「The front desk staff were very nice and informative. They called the room once we were all checked in just to make sure we had everything we needed. The 9th floor bar was fun and a beautiful view. The surrounding area had many restaurants and the hotel included Lyft rides within 3 miles. The TPA airport was less than 15 minutes too!」

「The room we got is facing the street. Very NOISY! Room stinks! The detergent hasn’t been washed up. I was choking and coughing at night! The fire alarms suddenly started to beep every 20-30 seconds. Based on my experience, the battery was gone. And when I call the front dest, they sent a stuff member to my room and just removed the fire alarm! Is that proper?」
