The staff was amazing, The facility was close to the beach, many good restaurants, and the Clayman Thyroid Surgery Center. The room was a good size with a kitchen which made for a nice extended stay.

Everything was great, except the elevator was not working the entire stay. Room was great, clean, fitness room great too. Ice maker was also not working, and the in room units make very little ice.

The elevator didn’t work the 3 nights we stayed. Our first room was really loud. Was told it was next to boiler. We did get a new room on third floor. On last night an error code came up on thermostat and we had very little AC. All the staff were very helpful.

Nice stay. Spacious accommodations. Nice kitchen (even had dishwasher). No breakfast but coffee machine 24/7 was nice, just push a button, grinds and pours a cup instantly. Nice gym, laundry, grocery area. Friendly staff, close to breakfast restaurants, walk to.

I had to wait 20mins for someone to come to the desk in order to check in. I was then advised that the elevator was out of service. Evidently, that was not something that just occurred because I was told later that they didn’t expect it to be repaired until next month. That aside, I found that he room to be spacious and clean.
