「All was great. Didn’t realize there was an extra 30.00 per day amenities fee. Not a huge deal, but was never made aware when we booked. Should just be included in price.」

「We were visiting the Clearwater area with our dog in tow. Very pet, friendly and accommodating.Living/kitchen area, small but efficient. Had everything we needed for basic cooking, storing food, and relaxing. Bedroom/bathroom a bit tight, but very clean and comfortable. Within walking distance of most safety Harbor attractions. Many places to eat shop and sightsee and very dog friendly!」

「Staff is top notch, especially Shannon, however elevator broken for 6 out of 10 days we stayed here. Pool heater broken entire stay. Pool had lots of leaves everyday, there was an older gentleman who cleaned the pool and it wasn’t really his job. So we appreciate him. Rooms could use some updating, sofa was old and stained on the upholstery. Rooms are sparsely furnished. Conveniently located to anything you may need. 」

「This is the worst motel I've ever stayed in. We rented 3 rooms in total for one night because we wanted to enjoy Clearwaterbeach, BIG MISTAKE! The rooms smelled horrible! There were holes in the walls, mold in the bathrooms with visible water damage. The floors were dirty, the linens were filthy, towels dingy and stained. THERE WERE LIVE ROACHES running around and my son had 2 (what we think were)fleas on him. We spent WAY too much money to sleep in a place worse than a dumpster. 」

「I stayed here on a Sat/Sun night. Parking was a little treacherous as the front part of the building is under construction and there are building materials stored in parking spaces with temporary fencing around them. My room was at the front half of the hotel seemingly next door to their construction project and was awoken at 7:30 both mornings with the noise of saws and trucks backing up. The rooms cleanliness left much to be desired as the shower still had 10-15 long hairs on the walls and...

「The room we got is facing the street. Very NOISY! Room stinks! The detergent hasn’t been washed up. I was choking and coughing at night! The fire alarms suddenly started to beep every 20-30 seconds. Based on my experience, the battery was gone. And when I call the front dest, they sent a stuff member to my room and just removed the fire alarm! Is that proper?」
