「Have enjoyed coming here for 10 years, and no regrets, but noticing a troubling trend developing over the past few years of local residents (i.e. non-hotel guests) over-indulging at the pool bar and being belligerent, rude , and hostile to both staff and paid hotel guests. I understand the hotel is part of the community and should serve it as such, but perhaps a limit needs to be placed on how many drinks non-guests can order / better vigilance of cutting those off who've had one too many......

「We were visiting the Clearwater area with our dog in tow. Very pet, friendly and accommodating.Living/kitchen area, small but efficient. Had everything we needed for basic cooking, storing food, and relaxing. Bedroom/bathroom a bit tight, but very clean and comfortable. Within walking distance of most safety Harbor attractions. Many places to eat shop and sightsee and very dog friendly!」

「Staff is top notch, especially Shannon, however elevator broken for 6 out of 10 days we stayed here. Pool heater broken entire stay. Pool had lots of leaves everyday, there was an older gentleman who cleaned the pool and it wasn’t really his job. So we appreciate him. Rooms could use some updating, sofa was old and stained on the upholstery. Rooms are sparsely furnished. Conveniently located to anything you may need. 」

「Both. Shops were within walking distance and there was parking very close to our room. The security guard was very friendly and helpful. 」

「Staff would not allow early check in, the cabinets were sticky with grease, empty (the staff said she would have to gather cooking supplies “later” even though she knew I was eagerly waiting check in time. The drains did not drain in the bathroom or kitchenette. When I went to complain, another customer spoke of not having even a coffee pot after several days. There were homeless people loitering around the upstairs balcony, the parking lot and looking in my window. There were no other more...
