" We were in a suite with 2 queens in the bedroom and a small kitchen and living area with pullout couch. It was a good size for our family of 4. The bathroom door was broken (missing the strike plate) and would not lock or stay shut. We had to bring a chair into the bathroom to put against the door to keep it shut. Luckily the bathroom was large enough to keep the chair in there. We reported this 3 times before someone from maintenance finally came around 5:00 on our second day. He tried to fix it but after some failed attempts decided he didn't have the right part and would have to order it. Hope it got fixed for the next guest. There are a bunch of shops and restaurants nearby even within walking distance but beware they are not open late. We arrived after 9 PM and had to drive a few miles to get dinner because everything was closed."

"Dated, rusty, not clean. Needs a lot of TLC. Flies and gnats in the room. Had to buy bug spray. Outside areas were dirty and littered with cigarette butts. Only 2 good things: Pool area and Lobby area. Breakfast was typical of a “free” hotel breakfast. Room was made available after 4pm check-in. Would not recommend this “old” Clarion. "

"The ladies at the counter were very friendly and a joy to talk too. Always smiling and greeting us and very helpful too. The cleaning ladies were very friendly also. Would recommend this place to all my friends and family. Thank you! "

"I always stay in nice hotels never motels … but this time I was trying to save money and closely relied on reviews. People said it was clean it was just so so and people said it was close to everything it was miles from everything. The only place in walking distance was the ballpark. How did they never mention how scary it is for a woman traveling alone to arrive to no front desk, no staff, having to get your own towels and toilet paper? No body wash in dispenser and I call to have it filled it never was and when I call back she says they said it was filled even though I said it was not. Broken air conditioner. Reported and never fixed. No ventilation try sleeping nights in Fl w no air con. Worst experience of my life. Normally Expedia reviews can be relied upon. What were these people on? They must be people who bever stayed in a real place. Avoid here at all costs not worth it to save a little.😡"
