"My stay at Red Roof was very pleasant. The staff provided excellent customer service, and my room was clean and comfortable. I also appreciated seeing the security guard regularly patrolling the parking lot and keeping an eye on the vehicles, which made me feel safe during my stay. Overall, I had an excellent experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and secure place to stay. Thank you for the great service"

"This was a great experience. I will stay here again. Unfortunately, I was only staying for one night and didn’t know they served a dinner buffet, and overslept and missed the breakfast. It all smelled good, and the restaurant was crowded so I guess the food was good. Check in was quick and easy, and the quy who greeted us and completed our check in was very nice and efficient. Room was clean and had all of the amenities I needed. I checked for bedbugs by pulling down the bedding, no evidence of any bugs in the room anywhere. Nor was there dirt in the corners of the room or behind the bathroom door. Bed and pillows were comfortable too."

"Property was beautiful and staff was great. My issue was that I am a light sleeper and about every 10-15 minutes the ceiling kept cracking (settling cracks), sometimes about 5 cracks at a time and loud. I did not sleep at all. Other than that property was very nice."

"We loved the industrial vibe of the room. Housekeeping did not make up bed or leave washcloths when requested. Had to ask for more coffee cups, as we were out and they were not replaced. Went down to the restaurant/bar one afternoon and sat there for 20 minutes and we were totally ignored. We left and went to a restaurant across the street. I understand everyone has bad days, but the focus didn’t seem to be on the customer. If in the area, I don’t think we would try them again."
