"Terrible on everything, enough said. There shouldn't be clumps of long hair dangling from door hinges, toilet paper twisted into peep holes, over 25 min to check in and you're the only one there because the person checking you in can't quite balance a huge tablet to get a proper scan for payment or ID and then feel like youre walking into someones house to find no one manning checkout (I left after waiting 15 min, keys on desk). The area itself is sketchy and I higly recommend avoiding this place even more so if you have kids, it just doesn't feel safe despite the gate they shut at night and only way in is to call a guys phone to open.... he didn't answer btw. This is a last resort just above sleeping on a park bench"

"The room was clean and as advertised. Check in and checkout was smooth. We didn't take advantage of the complementary breakfast. The hotel is in the airline flight path so early morning hours had some planes overhead. Since it's warm in Sacramento we had the air conditioner going which helped cover that. For the reasonable price paid, the hotel worked well for us."

"This was a very fun place to stay. First thing you have to remember is you are on a very old boat. The floors are uneven and there are lots of stairs. The room was great. Comfortable bed, a/c worked nicely, tv, wi-fi. Bathroom was small and old fashioned but had nice toiletries. The dining room was gorgeous and the food was very good This ship has been beautifully restored. The wood throughout is beautiful. There are photos everywhere with history of the boat. Will definitely be back!!"

"The hotel was clean, modern and comfortable inside. From the inside it seemed like a really nice hotel. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was a little disappointing. The neighborhood is pretty bad. We were planning to walk to some of the places nearby, but we ran into a lot of homeless people on our walk. There's a mcdonald's with a late night drive through right next to the hotel, and there was a lot of noise due to the customers and hobos hanging out there. Overall I give this hotel a good score, because it was really nice (apart from the neighborhood) and the concierge earns the hotel an extra star all by herself. Just don't plan to stroll around outside. "

"Good location , walkable to a lot of midtown eateries and event spaces . We stayed there to go to a concert at Channel 24 and it was very nice . Very clean , nice rooms , the property is gorgeous as well, nice open spaces with lots of shade flower bushes "

"You really can’t beat the price when it comes to how close this is to downtown and the Golden 1 Center. However, be aware that cleanliness is not a priority here. I would not stay longer than one night. A place to just get ready and refresh but definitely not to just chill. "

"The room was spotless & staff delightful. Very Attentive. Shower unfortunately leaks all over the bathroom floor and bed too soft & lumpy (old mattress). Other than those couple of flaws we were delighted with our stay."
