The staff is professional, courteous, and well-trained. The rooms are clean, and the atmosphere feels safe and welcoming. 「The staff were extremely helpful , specifically Randy el muñeco and Malky , I needed help at the restaurant and Randy didn’t hesitated and offered his assistance, he deserve a raise , he made sure everything was ok and always kept on checking on me , and answered any questions I had. For that reason only , I can’t wait to go back , the staff always went above and beyond to make sure everything was alright. Highly recommend this place to anyone . I can’t wait to go back .」

「The property was nice however, if they skipped a day of cleaning, there would be bugs in my room, which happened a few times. I had to use so much bug spray for the week that I was there. Absolutely cannot bring food or any crumbs from food in the room or else there would be bugs in there. I seen two roaches outside of the door where you enter the building. The room itself was comfortable in the AC worked. The Wi-Fi was spotty. The bathroom is a little cramped, but function fine.」
