This is awesome place for someone who want to stay calm and get relaxed. The location is right into heart of Santiago where you can easily find fine dining and cool restaurants. I hope you guys enjoy your stay like I do. Regarding WiFi and hot water, air conditioning are perfect. It could have some problems for others but during my stay is perfectly working well. Plus, the bathroom is spacious and I really love it.

The Hotel Boutique was very quaint and cozy. I loved the Boutique. The only disappointment was complimentary coffee was never made available. Next time if I return to visit I will bring my electric coffee pot.

After leaving the room we noticed we were robbed. The two doors mirror were stolen and also the front radar. I was not informed that I could park it inside. I strongly not recommend this hotel to anyone. Police said that this was the third time this occurred in less than two weeks. This was horrible for me and wife.

I rented for 2 nights and the second I slept in the airport parking lot because they made me feel as though I was trespassing. I was told the 1st night $14/night for my guess which I paid and told the lady only one night my friend will stay. The 2nd my friend dropped by to chat a bit. On enter a lady was watching my door. I later asked her a question and the attitude was unbelievable. My friend and I ate chat and then went inside to wash up. About 9:30pm I was escorting my friend out, a man and a woman was watching my door. I have never felt like that before and I travel on a regular basis. I packed my things and went straight to the airport where I was more comfortable sleeping in the rent SUV. I would never recommend this place to my enemy. Spend a bit more for quality customer service
