「The room was very clean to even yo the commodes rim 💯 However, the housekeeping could have been better. Wasn't sure whether there was maid service after two days without cleaning the room. We had to asked the front desk about clean towels and service.」

「THE room was unacceptable. the room smelled had a thumb size hole in the wall and 50-100 nail holes. A/C not working temp was set at 78 and could adjust. We never unpack we went back down and checked out and had problems wanting to charge us for the room. Notified Expedia to get refund had problems with them. NOT HAPPY!! 」

「Where do I start? The maintenance crew would be where to start. The bathroom door wouldn’t close, the sink faucet was very loose and moving around, the toilet was running, but my husband fixed that. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the bottles provided. 」

「Staff was excellent. I was in town for my son’s funeral. I stayed there, as well as 7 of my children and multiple grandchildren. Staff went above and beyond to be of any assistance that I requested. 」

「It seemed fairly clean but a little run down. For instance broken knob on sink. No real issues. Had a fridge and a microwave that was perfect but the coffee maker had no coffee, tea,etc to use it. Could not check out breakfast area because there was a lot of people in tiny space. No elevator. Had my room on 3rd floor but being old, I knew I could not get my luggage up the stairs so they were kind enough to move me to first floor.Very good price. Got what I paid for so overall satisfied.」
