「The staff was rude and unhelpful. We waited in the donning room for 20 minutes for assistance, but we had to leave because we were ignored. Our room smells bad, and they said nothing could be done—very poor customer service. 」

「This was a beautiful hotel. The staff was lovely including the lovely ladies working breakfast and the restaurant was quite nice. The staff at the front desk gladly stored luggage, gave us a map and with gave us info on where to go and eat, where to park for free if we didn’t want to use hotel parking for a small fee, and was always available, The location is prime on the beach and our balcony was great! We could hear ocean and it was serene and rejuvenating. An amazing value and we will...

「 The hotel has espectacular view from the restaurant, our room had ocean view and we decided to let open the balcony door and slept with the sounds of the ocean. Breakfast was fantastic. Parking wasn’t easy but no cost. 」

「Hôtel bien placé, la literie est bonne, les chambres bien insonorisées. Possibilité de parking payant en sous-sol, un peu cher (prévoir 17€/jour). Sinon, parking aérien juste à côté et gratuit. Petit déjeuner continental avec un large choix de plats sucrés, salés. Un seul bémol : la qualité des thés qui laisse à désirer.」

Quiet, very environment conscious (no plastic bottles allowed...) Close to the beach, restaurants, the excellent Europa Café..... Don't miss an opportunity to stay at this great hotel!」

「Les 4 étoiles sont méritées pour l’extérieur où le cadre est exceptionnel. L’intérieur des logements n’est pas un 4 étoiles. Le personnel est très sympa Bémol : les cartes d’accès n’ont pas fonctionnées par 3 fois le petit déjeuner mériterait plus de fruits du vrai jus d’orange. Un peu plus de discipline à la piscine faire respecter les règles aux enfants bruyants qui sautent en permanence alors que c’est interdit. Le séjour y a été agréable 」
