Chambre très confortable et spacieuse, personnel vraiment très gentil, la bouteille de cava offerte pour le 31 était bien appréciable, le spa confortable, il faisait chaud également dans l'hôtel. Seul petit bémol, nous avons été un peu déçu de ne pas être au courant qu'il y avait des travaux dans l'hôtel d'en face dès 9h du matin jusqu'à 18h. Pour se reposer c'était un petit peu embêtant

Le personnel qui parle Français pour la plupart a été au top, très accueillant avec le sourire et bonnes explications. Ils nous ont annoncé à notre arrivée que nous étions surclassés ce qui était appréciable et gentil de leur part même si nous aurions préféré une chambre avec vue mer le geste est quand même là. Par contre concernant la chambre la climatisation ne fonctionne pas et il y a un gros bruit de ventilation permanent qui est assez désagréable et peut empêcher de dormir. La baignoire dispose d une poire de douche trop courte qui ne permet pas de se doucher debout ni de se doucher assis si on veut se mettre dans le bon sens de la baignoire par rapport à l appui tête ce qui est gênant. Les lavabos ont des problèmes d évacuations. Le spa est appréciable mais il serait souhaitable que les clients respectent le silence dans ce lieu paisible, certaines et nombreuses personnes sont incivilisées et téléphonent des piscines et s interpellent d'un bout à l autre du spa. Concernant le restaurant nous avons appris à notre arrivée seulement qu il était fermé alors que j avais posé la question à plusieurs reprises en amont de notre séjour et n ai eu aucune réponse ni de hôtels.com ni de l hôtelier ce qui complique le séjour quand on pense pouvoir dîner à l hôtel. Heureusement pour nous l hôtel est bien situé et on a pu trouver dans les alentours facilement. En résumé un personnel vraiment au top et très gentil, un emplacement sympa, un petit déjeuner varié et agréable mais les cha

Room was great clean and spacious with fridge Bottle of complimentary Cava was a lovely touch.
