「Beautiful hotel with excellent staff」

「Spotless room . Good beds and sheets. Great shower. Lovely staff. Good breakfast . Staff very helpful. Beach towels available . Good location . Supermarket below really convenient and it’s a good one . No noise . Great value for money. Great stay」

「Beautiful, small, and well maintained. Casa Vincke is located very close to the beach and delightful bars and restaurants. Check in was very easy (for those used to boutique hotels without a formal front desk), and check out was perfectly easy as well. Will definitely be returning.」

「The staff was rude and unhelpful. We waited in the donning room for 20 minutes for assistance, but we had to leave because we were ignored. Our room smells bad, and they said nothing could be done—very poor customer service. 」
