「The cottage was well set up with lots of internal space for our trip. The bedrooms we large and along with the bathrooms they made out stay so much nicer. It was a shame the log burner sting was broken and therefore did not really work, on Host and Stay website it also said we had a washer - yet there was not. Would I stay again? No - as there was no WiFi (which for me is essential), no washing machine, a little care and attention on their log burner would make so much difference. 」

「The managing company is diabolical, I paid for late checkout and was hassled by contractors at the usual checkout time to vacate, despite given assurances this would not happen. I’ve also been hounded with unpaid invoice notice… for the late checkout fee despite this being paid up upfront and proof being sent」
