「It is clear that the hotel’s glory days are in the past. There are indications of what it was like then but sadly also signs of its fall from grace. The positives were that the hotel was well situated, was clean, the views spectacular and entertainment was good. The staff were fine but there were few of them. 「My friend and I had a girlie two night break at this hotel and loved it. When we arrived the receptionist noticed I was using a walking aid and unprompted started looking to change our room to an accessible room eliminating needing to use stairs. We were very touched by his thoughtfulness. It was an upgrade to a suite which was outstanding and it really enhanced our comfort and experience.
