「The hotel wad in a good location within 10 mins walk of the centre of Rye. Free parking was a real benefit. Hotel staff were all very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean, quiet and spacious with a nice view looking out over the river. Breakfast was cooked to order and was very tasty. We enjoyed our stay at the Haven hotel and would thoroughly recommend. 」

「Battle is a very small town; having the helpful hotel staff in the neighborhood is certainly a plus. This building has existed as of the 16th century, and it's been properly maintained and apparently renovated in the toilet/bathroom.」

「This Guest house is a real gem! More like a boutique hotel. Our room was spacious, warm and beautifully decorated. Excellent shower with lots of hot water and great pressure! Bed was super comfortable. The Owners and staff were very helpful and friendly :) The breakfast menu was varied and delicious. Perfect location in Old town. Parking very close by. We will definitely be back! Thank you to all for a fabulous stay! 」
