「This was, by far, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. We arrived late because of traffic and upon arrival found out they sold our 6 person suite to someone else. The people on staff at the table then proceeded to spend the next HOUR scolding me for booking through Expedia saying that it doesn’t guarantee the room that I chose. My only “complaint” is that the balcony isn’t entirely private. The separation walls have designs that don’t allow for much privacy if you and your neighbors were out on your balconies at the same time.
