「First off we arrived and were checked in fairly quickly and easily. However, when we went to go to our room on the third floor of the building the elevator didnt work and didn't have a sign indicating it was out of service. The hallways were dimly lit and smelled of mildew and Marijuana. When we arrived in our room (a king bedroom) , there was only one working light in the bathroom and the toilet was clogged. We immediately went back to the front desk to let them know. We were given another key...

「Smaller, quieter hotel in the area close to food, fuel and shops. Free parking which is nice copored to others. Would have liked the room to be a bit cleaner for my arrival, there was still hair in the bathroom and dust under the sofa which made me feel unsettled」

「Friendly, Clean, Breakfast is awesome!」

「Nice room. That is, the breakfast time will start at 6: 30. I wanted to have a good breakfast at 6: 00 and go to the airport.」

「Friendly, helpful, professional staff as soon as we arrived. Room was clean and comfortable. I will likely stay here the next time we travel out of BWI.」
