「My stay was really good nice place, all the staff were really helpful & friendly Breakfast was perfect catering for all」

「Internet and TV did not work in our rooms (room 25 and 27) for 6 out of 7 days we stayed at the property. Only the first day did it work. In the common areas, we could access wifi, but in our rooms the TV and internet did not work. We informed the property and reminded them each day during the week (monday, tuesday, wednesday, thursday, friday) multiple times per day. Because this was a business trip, not being able to access the internet in the privacy of our rooms was a big inconvenience. The...

「Ist zentral gelgen, was aber auch der einzige Vorteil ist. Es ist absolut minimalistisch ausgestattet- aber der Preis ist so hoch, wie bei einem top Hotel. Sauber wird auch nur nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung gemacht- wir mussten 2 Tage auf Reinigung warten. Parken auf dem Supermarktparkplatz kostet extra. Wir kommen nicht wieder.」

「There were no outlets near any of the mirrors in the room for using a hairdryer, and the bathroom only had a socket for shavers. The only outlet closest to a mirror was at the very bottom of the full-length mirror by the entrance—almost at floor level. Since the hairdryer’s cord was too short, trying to use it in front of a mirror in the room was pure frustration. The drop-off zone in front of the hotel entrance costs £7.20 and only allows a 10‑minute stay? That's insane.」

「The room met expectations good bed, good pillows, restful sleep. The connection to terminal five is extremely convenient. The restaurant has reasonably good food, but the service was completely overwhelmed by an unfortunate swarm of passengers thrown off of a canceled flight.」
