"Convenient location directly across from the train station. Spacious room, small balcony overlooking the square and railway station. Staff were very friendly, nice to deal with. Enjoyed the novel decorations in the lobby. Very walkable to the downtown core and Christmas markets, very popular with visitors. We would definitely return."

"Cannot say enough about our stay here. We stayed just after Christmas for a couple nights and I know it’s crazy but the hotel staff made us feel like we were the only guests staying there. So much care was taken to make us feel special and welcome, from check-in to meals in the hotel to daily greetings with staff throughout the hotel.
It is also whimsically decorated at Christmas with lots of attention to detail.
The rooms were small but comfortable and super well appointed. We wanted for nothing! Love this hotel and will certainly stay again! "

valet parking, etc. Location is outstanding - like a
fairy tale (with Christmas lights still up). Room was old
and needs to be updated. Room pricing appears to vary
a lot, depending on demand. We were there over
Christmas week, and it was very expensive (IMO
overpriced.) Definitely *the* place to stay in Strasbourg."
