When I told the staff that my flight is in theorning, they asked me if I needed any pick-up service directly, promising me that if there was any suitable room, they would let me check in first. 「The overall experience was quite good, and the location is excellent. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. However, there is one area that needs improvement: cleanliness and attention to detail. In the room, I found footprints on the floor, hair stuck to the bathroom wall, and stains at the bottom of the toilet bowl. There were also tea stains on the cups and trays. Similarly, in the restaurant, the tea cups, trays, and spoons were not perfectly clean. I hope you can pay more attention...

「The boss and the staffs are kind and nice. the breakfast they served is amazing. Khmer fried noodle is my favorite!! it's worth mentioning that they are so so so kind that they borrow their shower room to us because we took the night bus from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap. Also stored our lugggages for about 3 days. This is a hotel where you must stay if you have a plan about traveling to Phnom Penh. 」
