「The property is well located with the Royal Palace a short walk away. The room was well appointed and clean and the aircon was very good. The room was quiet with no street noise whatsoever. The staff were exceptionally polite and friendly and made our stay enjoyable. The buffet breakfast was really good with a huge choice. If I visit Phnom Penh I will definitely be staying here again. Superb.」

「I have given this hotel 5* but with 1 reservation , its location. It is located in a quiet side alleyway. Access is past municipal garbage bins and unfortunately this doesn’t give the best first impression. HOWEVER, when you get there it appears like an oasis. The pool is visible through reception and the exceptionally helpful staff welcome you. We were upgraded to Delux rooms overlooking the pool and they were huge. When checking out , our departure wasn’t until 10pm , but the staff...

「Best thing about this hotel is the Staff , they were very friendly , they are super respectful and helpful . the location is great also and the rooms very cleans. The pool is also a plus , the view is great. I also had dinner at the restaurant , it wasn’t bad but also nothing special and they charge u like 15 % fee …but overall a very nice hotel」

「The overall experience was quite good, and the location is excellent. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. However, there is one area that needs improvement: cleanliness and attention to detail. In the room, I found footprints on the floor, hair stuck to the bathroom wall, and stains at the bottom of the toilet bowl. There were also tea stains on the cups and trays. Similarly, in the restaurant, the tea cups, trays, and spoons were not perfectly clean. I hope you can pay more attention...
