「I made a last minute booking for a 2 night stay here and was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It is relatively new so I was immediately relieved as I have allergies and can’t often tolerate some of the older hotels. The front desk employee Ciara was lovely and efficient. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I lost my room key while running around and she remembered me immediately and easily able to set me up with a new one.」

「Sarah provided exceptional hospitality, going out of her way to show us the amenities. Our room and the entire first floor of common areas were inviting, well-appointed, art-forward and yet commodious. Breakfast at Warda was “next level” and we appreciated having the vouchers for breakfast each day. Would recommend ALEO to anyone and would stay there again.」

「Soap dispensers were empty. I requested replacement and never received one. Asked the second time the next day and the receptionist brought it to me and there were no other supporting staff to assist her.
Only one waiter in the restaurant. Menu is not great either.」
