「Beautiful hotel in the heart of Casablanca, the room was simply amazing with all the required amenities and more (the bathroom was the definition of luxury) and the staff extremely professional, helpful and efficient. 「I paid through Expedia for a room described as grand apartment and the listing showed photos of the room ….when we arrived the room we were given it was from a lower category. I looked on Expedia and the exact photos of the room we were given on Expedia showed a lower price (and listed as a different category) than I paid.
