「Housekeeping forgot to clean up one of our room and I called at 4pm and asked them to make it up in the following 30-60mins when I was out. When I back to hotel at 8pm again the room remain the same. Finally they came and clean up and didn’t leave me new slippers (I left two notes to the reception, one in the morning and remind them again when I called at 4pm for housekeeping). 「I love the villa; Rey beautiful. The breakfast buffet was ok; nothing special. The room we booked was musty, below ground level and the A/C was broken. So management put us in 2 separate rooms upstairs but charged us 300 euros extra even though it wasn’t our fault or our preference to split up and stay in 2 rooms. The next day they said they fixed the A/C and moved us back down to the original room only to find out that the A/C was still broken so we had to again drag all our suitcases back up...

「Excellent hotel, very well located right in front of the beach. The staff was very nice & attentive. They even put us water bottles in our car for our trip since they knew we were heading out to our road to St-Tropez. Room ans the hotel was ultra modern and well renovated. Would come back here in a heartbeat!」

「Beautiful boutique hotel walking distance to train station. Unfortunately, the room we were staying in had several low slanted ceiling beams. My husband and I banged our heads several times during our one night stay. Very dangerous! The receptionist shrugged his shoulders when I mentioned this at check out. Don’t think these rooms should be rented out」
