「Nice property in a great location. The beech and pubs are only a few minutes walk away. Needs a bit of TLC, one kitchen cupboard has come away from its adjacent unit, freezer drawers broken handles and both bathroom hand towel and toilet roll holders are loose. The kitchen could be better equipped, e.g. needs some digital scales, some bowels better for cereal, new saucepans and a sieve. Only one fan was provided, in a heatwave this wasn't enough - I did contact the letting agency, but had no...

「Location is excellent, meals were very good, plus gluten free, and vegetarian options, staff were friendly, and helpful, evening entertainment good, building and bedrooms need updating. Close to shops, bus and train stations.」

「Large clean room with sofa bed and a double bed. Small fridge and hairdryer. Large bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Shower floods bathroom everytime due to not having a door/screen to floor meaning you have to use 3 towels on floor to stop this, bad design in my opinion. Breakfast was your normal buffet restaurant, nit a lot of gluten free options avaliable, asked for some gluten free bread and was handed one small slice. Hotel close to beach, and town so great location. Not enough parking...

「We stayed for one night only and the reception was friendly. We bought a plug-in air freshener as the room smelt funky. The single bed was uncomfortable. Very noisy at night due to karaoke - but this was the summer in Paignton so I guess it’s normal. Hotel is near the main strip so very convenient. 」

「Lovely little B&B . Not the biggest of rooms, and not the most modern, but spotlessly clean and comfortable . Owners are so friendly and immediately make you feel welcome . Lovely breakfast , with plenty of choice ....and to top it off, two sociable cats add a real homely feel. Will definitely be back !!」

「Every member of staff we met was very welcoming, friendly and professional. The room was very well equipped and the breakfast excellent. The special 6 course dinner was very much appreciated. The one concern, in view of the prevailing heatwave conditions, was that the room and especially the en suite was uncomfortably hot and cooled just a little by the fans provided. Air conditioning would have been very welcome!」
