Room was relatively clean, however the bathroom is very tired and needs an update.. the water pressure in the shower was very poor.. barely a dribble. Breakfast was ok.. good value for kids for a continental breakfast. Good location as a base in Rotorua.

BK's Rotorua Motor Lodge
Room was clean and staff was courteous. Walls are thin and guests next door were loud and arguing late into the night. Fixtures need updating and a bathroom fan could be helpful.
