「One night stay was good for what we needed just very dusty , cobwebs everywhere , dust in the air vent in the bathroom , cracks and screws hanging out. Would stay again as the room is adequate just needs abit of a clean. 」

「Lovely, cosy pub hotel. Great food with a choice of menus, ranging from the tasting menu to simple (but very well done) pub fayre. We chose from the pub menu, special mention to the fish and chips, perfect! Accompanied by a good choice of drinks, with beer from the local Thornbridge brewery. Very handy spot for local attractions. We stayed for one night on a mini-break and the room was perfect. Lovely bedroom decoration, nicely fitted out bathroom with a decent sized bath and rainfall...

「Staff initially very polite, asked me if I would change address which I was happy to do, I later wished I hadn’t. Place felt unclean, puddle in the kitchen that would not go away despite opining it. It had actually stained the floor. Sofas not fit for purpose more like something you would see in a waiting room where you don’t need to get comfy. Bedding felt grubby.
