「Clean room, good breakfast」

「Banquet hall was across from our room. Was told it would quiet down about 930-1000. At 11pm it got quieter and then the loud cackling start in the bar directly below our room and continued past 230 am. We were traveling and I had the worst nights sleep. The restaurant was closed due to the holy Catholic school fundraiser booking it out. They just didn't book out all the rooms and I was tormented. I went to the hall numerous times and it was quiet, but our room echoed with the loud drunks. I...

「You never saw staffing, no one kept up on cleaning the rooms. The tv and internet were never connected always had problems with it. Also, the location is horrible right off the freeway, it was always very loud.」

「This property is a little “tired” & could use some updates, but our stay was fine. We especially appreciated that the mini-refrigerator in our room was inside a cabinet, which cut down on the noise (in other hotels we’ve had to resort to unplugging the fridge ti be able to sleep). Also that during the complimentary breakfast the tv was set to a nice nature scene with pleasant, low volume music, instead of blaring news. 「Checkin was quick and the staff member was friendly. Room was spacious, clean and didn’t have an overwhelming smell of cleaning products. The bed was super comfy with plenty of pillows and covers. AC worked great and the bathroom was clean. Breakfast was a bit better than the usual hotel fare with fresh bacon and scrambled eggs. The pool and hot tub were refreshing after a long day of driving. We have stayed there previously and it was just as we remembered which is a good thing.」

「Almost everything was great. The only small hangups was the drive into the location had a rundown Sherri’s that had been closed for decades. It didn’t give us an inviting appeal. It should be bought and demolished. The other small thing. We had been on the 4th floor, the top. Everything was clean and perfect. Room, spotless. The guests outside my window were loud. The room we stayed in was over the second entrance. My previous experiences were good. This time was my experience was very unpleasant and frustrating.」
