"My stay at this hotel was mixed. The mattresses were comfortable and the shower was good, which made sleeping and resting easy. The staff who prepare the breakfast were kind and did their job well, and I have no complaints about them. However, the experience with the reception staff was disappointing. The employees at the front desk felt cold, indifferent, and not very empathetic, especially the person working the night shift. Their attitude made it difficult to address problems during the stay. Housekeeping was also an issue. Our room was cleaned the first night, but we stayed for five nights and after that the room was not cleaned again until the very last night, and only after I complained. Towels were not replaced, there was no toilet paper at one point, and even small things like ants in the room were not addressed. The shampoo bottles provided were extremely small, and when I complained I was given additional towels and shampoo only once. The laundry facilities were another frustration. The dryer barely worked and I lost almost two hours trying to dry my clothes, but they were still not dry. Breakfast itself was average. It would be nice to see more options, especially vegetables. Overall, the hotel has some good elements like comfortable beds and decent showers, but there is clear room for improvement, especially with housekeeping consistency, the laundry equipment, and most importantly the attitude and service of the reception staff, particularly at night."

"I arrived about 9 pm and had to wait 5-10 minutes for a staff member to come check me in as no one was at the desk. However, my stay was excellent, rooms were clean, it was quiet, parking was easy, wi-fi worked well and I would definitely recommend."

"I had booked a stay through for 2 queen beds. When I got to the hotel that evening, they informed me that there were no more 2 queen bedrooms left. The receptionist explained that sometimes booking through third-party, you run the risk of losing your original room booking. The room also had no hand soap and when we inquired about this, they told us that we had to use the body wash in the shower stall. 2 other different families in our group told us the same exact things happened to them as well, even booking through Marriott. I will not stay at this location again"
