"Il Palagetto Agrihotel is a beautiful and peaceful countryside property with wide panoramic views and a calm, relaxing atmosphere. Our room was comfortable and well maintained, and the location made it easy to explore nearby Tuscan towns while enjoying the quiet of the hills. What truly stood out was the exceptional support from Giulia. We had unexpected car troubles, and she went above and beyond — allowing us to keep the car safely at the hotel for three days until it was towed, coordinating with assistance services, and helping us throughout the situation with genuine care. Her kindness and professionalism made a stressful moment much easier. Il Palagetto is not only scenic, but also run by people who truly look after their guests."
