"The room was nice and the bathroom was well stocked. We loved having the little fridge and microwave for convenience. The location was walking distance to the outlets, and many other stores and restaurants. We walked to the American Music Theatre for our concert also. Breakfast was great too. Staff was courteous and very accommodating. I’m in a wheelchair and the hotel was very accessible. "

"Very nice hotel but we had a terrible experience because neighboring rooms were slamming doors until after midnight and then started again at 6am. Went to management but didn’t make a difference. Walls seem paper thin. "

"We had a nice stay at the Holiday Inn in Lancaster. The location is great and is within walking distance of most everything, restaurants, shopping, and the Convention Center. The staff were excellent and provided wonderful service. The door to our room did have a gap from the floor and so we could hear everything in the hallway. "

"The best thing about it is that it is located inside the facility where we went to compete in volleyball. It allows you to rest in the room between matches, which makes everything very convenient. The breakfast is good and costs about $15, and the restaurant also offers healthy options for meals."

"The gym was under renovation and the pool looked cloudy. Plus no hot tub. The room was big and spacious with blackout shades which was a plus. But the renovation put a damper on our access to the gym. Breakfast was ok as well. "

"Very nice stay with great rooms and very nice staff. I was disappointed that there was no room service. After a long drive, it would have been great to order some food and drink to the room. Not even breakfast was available to order in."
