「I reserved in advance and did not need nor request a handicap room but that was what I was assigned at check in. When I questioned it was explained they were booked full and that that the only difference was the room was bigger. Given everything was set up for wheelchair it was not comfortable. Breakfast area very congested.」

「My husband and I stayed here for a week, which is not a cheap stay. We stayed in a king suite, and from the moment we checked in the problems began. We arrived around 7 on Saturday, the front desk staff did not even greet us, I walked to the counter he asked for my credit card. Did not say a word about what he was doing(trip was prepaid), ran my credit card, handed me paper with no explanation. I let this go and we continued to our room. The lock on our room did not work properly the entire week...

「This hotel advertised pool and hot tub, pool had yellow line all the way around with a pool light hanging inside by wires, hottub was closed with what looked to be ply wood and laminated flooring, room was 2 queen beds very well maid house keeping was doing the best they could, beds should have been doubles though because the queens used all the space. Not a great experience」

「Bel emplacement géographique entre le parc national de la Baie de Fundy et le parc provincial Hopewell. Bien situé dans le village de Alma… tout se fait a pieds. Lit confortable . Salle de bain avec poils pubiens, douche minuscules vitrées avec le bas de porte pleine de moisissures… pommeau de douche qui vise le coin de la douche…. On voit le trou dans le mur vis à vis le tuyau… impossible de se rincer le corps sans être inventif et essayer de faire une cascade d’eau avec les mains en espérant...
