"Noticed the basement light on went down stairs and found sheets/towels in the washer and dryer. I put the towels in the dryer and placed the dried sheets in a basket. The carpet very dirty. Kitchen floor dirty, knobs and stove dirty. Because of the uncleanness I did not use the kitchen other than a few glasses. The sink seemed to be backing up when I turned on the water to wash the glasses. Bathroom floor and baseboards dirty.

"Clean rooms, comfy beds and pillows, easily adjustable temperature, friendly staff, and delicious dinner and takeaway morning coffee will have us booking this hotel again if we're ever in the area. Easy in- and- out adjacent parking (no waiting and tipping a valet!) was a bonus. Although Cincy definitely has some rough spots we felt very safe at this hotel in a walkable area. "
"Excellent. Spacious, extremely clean room/suite (#403). Nice view. Bright lighting. Lots of windows with natural light. Black out shades worked perfectly.
My only suggestion: a small fan/exhaust fan would be nice in the bathroom area."
