「Staff were extremely polite and courteous. Drinks at the bar were really good! Hotel was very clean. I will definitely be visiting again.」

「No regular coffee in the room (just decaf and tea). Housekeeping knocked on the door at 10 (well before checkout…with a do not disturb hanger on the door). She did apologize, but it led us to go ahead and pack up and leave. Breakfast is a steep charge when there’s great food all over town. The room was nice though- clean and well furnished. Great location for anything in or around Mercer and downtown Macon.」

「We arrived tired from a 17 hour road trip and the front desk employee was kind and helpful. However we were placed in a room with an absolutely filthy bathroom that had visible black mold growing in the shower. We asked to change rooms and found that the shower had a used washcloth in it. The third room we were placed into was slightly less dirty but the shower was growing pink mold around the caulk. By the time we got our children settled it was 2 am. Disappointed in this chain and will avoid...

「We stayed only one night and this hotel was a good spot. It was not RIGHT off the freeway but an easy drive to it. The room was small, but clean and cozy enough. It was sticky/humid at first; we set the “dry” setting on the AC and it was fine. We liked that the sink was separate from the toilet area. Parking was good! The staff was so nice and attentive. 「There was only one ice machine operable for 3 floors. I was on the third floor and had to walk around until I found it. The room couls have been cleaner. Dust everywhere and leftover trash (i.e. old utensils on the floor) along with other pieces of trash. The TV is wY too small for Marriott ( just a like). TV isn't a complaint like the other items. From the checkin was good/ok.」
