「Very good 」

「The staff was incompetent. They tried to double charge me for the room on 2 separate occasions. They did charge another person twice that was in front of us for check in. The room was fine but, not as throughly cleaned as it should have been. Breakfast was ok.」

「The staff was the best part of our stay. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. I want to be clear that my concerns are with the condition and maintenance of the property, not the employees. For a room that cost over $160 for one night, I expected a much better experience. 「Be advised - do not stay at this property unless you're absolutely forced to. I only stayed there because all the surrounding hotels were terribly expensive for a one-night stay and this hotel was 'pet friendly'. I have stayed in some rough hotels before, but this one was absolutely terrible! My room was not cleaned. Hair in the sink, the towels were still wet (like they were not fully dried or fluffed). 「Roaches in room, smelled of smoke as soon as you walked in the door.」

「Not enough parking area, and in very bad condition. Not enough lighting outside. The rooms are horrible! The window hnits have moled and bad odor , insects all over the place and beds are so worn out. And during the day they go into the rooms to turn the a/c off when no one is there, so when you get to the room after work the room not only does it smells it hot as an oven!! -0」
