「The staff was amazing at the hotel and working through a difficult building. The building is falling down. They do not have extra towels or pillows, the pool is broken. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff just fantastic. They are completely let down by ownership as ownership has allowed this hotel to begin falling apart.
