Leider keine Weiterempfehlung. Positiv: Viel Platz Parkplatz vor dem Haus Negativ: Wände und vor allem Möbel abgewohnt, Renovierung notwendig Beleuchtung extrem kalt, erzeugt eine wenig wohnliche Atmosphäre Wohnung recht kalt, vor allem der Fussboden

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Bahnhof in Rodheim. Hier fahren aber wenige Züge, so dass es kein Problem ist. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist sehr gut. Der Unterkunft fehlt der letzte Schliff für ein sehr gut. Aber in Summe eine gute Wahl. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Mein inzwischen 4. Aufenthalt. Es ist (trotz der Bahnlinie nebendran) sehr ruhig, die Schlafzimmer gehen alle auf den Hof und auch im Hochsommer mit offenen Fenster war es angenehm. Der nächste Kurzurlaub ist schon in Planung, in der Umgebung finden sich immer wieder neue Ziele zum erkunden.

Sehr nette Gastgeber! Ich reise jaehrlich zwischen der USA und Deutschland und uebernachte gerne in diesel Unterkunft. Es ist sehr sauber, giuenstig und ich werde immer hoeflich empfangen und darf oft vor der geplanten Anreisezeit in mein Zimmer nach der langen Reise.

Ich war in einer Wohnung. Großes Wohnzimmer mit einer großen gemütlichen Couch. Schlafzimmer ausreichend groß, bequeme Matratze. Schönes großes Bad mit Wanne und bodengleicher Dusche, wow. Kochnische etwas klein, aber vollkommend ausreichend für mein Wochenende. Kühlschrank mit Eisfach (das ist mir sehr wichtig). Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kochplatte. Alles da. Ich werde wiederkommen.

Check-in/-out unkompliziert. ich bin um 14 Uhr angereist und konnte gleich ins Zimmer. Positiv ist der späte Check-out. Die Bilder (mit den Beschreibungen) verwirren etwas. Das Einzelzimmer hat keine Küchenzeile, lediglich einen Kühlschrank (mit Mini Eisfach - positiv! -) und einen Wasserkocher. Allerdings paßt der Wasserkocher nur schwer unter die Waschbecken-Armatur im Bad. Bett war entgegen meiner Erwartung 140 cm breit und war sehr bequem. Auch Haustiere (Hunde) sind ohne Aufpreis willkommen. Alles in allem empfehlenswert, Preis/Leistung stimmt.

Unter der angegebenen Telefonnummer war niemand erreichbar. Es ging immer die Vodafone Mailbox ran. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung und sauber. Beim CHECK OUT konnte man ebenfalls niemanden fragen.
