"The receptionist was very nice with helping me. It took a while for my reservation to reach the system, but after I emailed the confirmation I was able to get a room. The hotel itself needs an upgrade from the 70s to something more modern and possibly bigger parking areas. The shower water got hotter a few times on its own while I showered. Got lost getting to the hotel so having arrows and signs to point where you need to go would help with the directions."

"We had a short one night stay at Rioca Hafeninsel Posto 8 and it was great! Our room was spacious, clean and cool on a hot summer night. The decor is so fun and glad we could experience a touch of Brazil in Germany. Highly recommend this hotel."
