5 minutes walk from the S bahn, very convenient for traveler. Opposite is supermarket. Nice and clean room, polite and helpful reception, super breakfast, highly recommend for business trip.

We absolutely loved this wonderful hotel! The king bed was incredibly comfortable, and having two separate duvets meant we both slept like babies. The bathroom was so thoughtfully designed too – with dual sinks so we could get ready at the same time without bumping elbows! Little touches made it special: the bamboo/wooden toothbrushes and razors felt both eco-chic and luxurious, and our room’s sofa and chaise lounge were perfect for relaxing. But the breakfast? Oh, it was an absolute dream! Such a spread for every taste – and as a tea lover, I was over the moon seeing proper loose-leaf teas (not just basic tea bags!) displayed so beautifully. The quality was exceptional. The staff truly shone too! When we needed airport transport with four large suitcases, the gentleman at reception didn’t call two taxis – he found us one spacious cab that fit everything. That thoughtful gesture made us feel so cared for! Just one playful note about our shower’s color-changing lights – while dancing through rainbow hues felt like a fun disco shower (🎵), a simple warm glow might be cozier for evening unwinding! Still, it added a whimsical touch to our stay. Overall, a truly memorable experience we’d recommend in a heartbeat!

The customer service was nice and decent, breakfast with wide variety, parking is convenient, it's right under basement, feel safe. 24 hours parking is €41., not cheap though. But it is clean and safe for sure. Will go back if I am in Frankfurt again.
