"The hotel was very impressive on arrival in the foyer, check in staff lovely. The room wasn’t ready so we went up to the bar for a snack. I used the toilet there which left a lot to be desired. 3 cubicles for both men and women. Very shabby and basic, not what I expected after the initial entrance. Aside from that the hotel was nice, a clean, well presented room. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice from the buffet. The rooftop bar/restaurant & pool deck was a bonus with lovely views up the main street and overlooking the Bullring. Excellent location too."

"staff unhelpful, prices are outrageous in the bar and the mini bar is a rip off, the minute you arrive they take £200 off your card and charge it only returning what housekeeping deem correct, needless to say theres not really any change, wether you have had a bag of crisps and a coke or a mini bottle of vodka, id never stay here again. "My friend and I had a wonderful three-night stay at this small hotel at the foothills of an amazing mountain range covered in olive trees, cliffs, and lush green fields. I had an issue with the original room they put me in, but they quickly made accommodations to make me comfortable in a different room and take care of a few other minor issues that came up. The staff was very friendly, and breakfast was enjoyable in the mornings. I got used to the extremely steep hill to get down and up from the hotel, but it was definitely a wonderful experience, and I would not hesitate to stay there again in the future."
