"Loved this property. Very clean, quiet and liked the decor. My King studio was roomy and bed comfortable. Good value for the cost. I used the pool, guest laundry and had the complimentary breakfast and coffee. Will definitely stay here again. The stay was on point for the Ayres brand."

"Stayed here for my cousin's wedding with my parents. Breakfast is simple with enough options, breads, yogurt, cereal, fresh fruit, eggs, pancakes, some form of potatoes and sausages. The seating area on the restaurant side is super cozy and always plenty of seating. Welcomed in by staff each time I walked into the lobby and every person was very friendly and approachable. Pool is small but the hot tub and chairs, everything are all well maintained. I used the gym which is small but really clean and looks newly refreshed, a staff member came in and cleaned all the equipment while I was in there and it's stocked with wipes, towels and a water station and cups. Rooms are clean, and I appreciate having the signs to leave the bedding alone for house keeping. There's a lot of shelving in the room which is nice, and a microwave and mini fridge. AC is just a unit under the window so maintaining a colder temp can be difficult on warmer days. Walls are a bit thin, so you can hear people in the hallway pretty easily, but I was also roomed near the elevator. 2 elevators available and I never had to wait too long for one. I would highly recommend for a quick weekend stay, overnight parking is super affordable as well. I believe there's a shuttle or public bus that goes to Disneyland as well, which is super convenient. Highly recommend as an affordable option for a weekend in OC, In n Out and shopping outlets are a block away and the hotel is conveniently located next to the freeways."

"It was a decent place to stay as I had a layover before getting a flight from John Wayne Airport. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The room was clean, and the place was in decent shape. I wasn’t too thrilled about the surroundings, but I guess that’s life in Southern California. They don’t give a complementary breakfast, but if you avoid the buffet and stick with one of the regular meals off the menu, it won’t cost you an arm leg. Not too many options for dying out with walking distance. Also, no shuttle to the airport, so I had to get an Uber. Overall, though, it was OK."

"Room not as described. The hallway, elevator, and patio reeked of urine and weed. I was there for a business trip and needed WiFi to do my work. The WiFi never worked. I reported it several times, but it never fixed. I asked to speak with a manager and was told he/she was not onsite. Terrible experience. Not recommended."

"I would have given this property five stars but the fact that we couldn’t use the kitchen in our room as planned was a disappointment. The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel was clean and peaceful. The breakfast was great and staff super friendly. The beds were comfortable. Our kitchen in the room came with a container of pots and pans but nothing else. We had no utensils, plates, or anything more to use for cooking. We had planned to make our dinners but without actual kitchen items it was difficult. The staff said we could use their paper lates and plastic utensils, which helped but only to an extent. Trying to cut food didn’t work with plastic utensils so we had to buy some items so we could actually cook and use the kitchen."
