Overall, a great stay! Very clean rooms and good service from the staff. Location is not the best if you want to walk to the main landmarks of Rome, we stayed for 1 night before our flight and this was perfect!

amazing! beautiful and aesthetic room, easy communication with the host :) bus stop is a 1 minute walk, and the train station is a 7 minute walk. definitely would stay here again!

Property is in a residential area, but it was nice to get away from the touristy areas. There was a grocery store and a laundry mat close by, which was nice.

This property was overall very clean and the staff were very helpful and responsive via WHATSAPP however I would like to warn fellow travelers that this IS NOT a typically hotel. The rooms are on the 2nd floor of an apartment building and there is seemingly no staff on site at night time. The room are very clear but we also had No hot water unfortunately:( This place seems more like a hostel and would definitely be useful for short term stays.

The hotel looks new but the room I stayed in was quite tired: some wear and tear clearly visible all around, the bedsheets and towels often had marks or holes. The shower gel bottle was empty since day 1 and was refilled only on day 5 of my stay after my repeat request to do so. Furthermore, cleaning has thrown away my purchased breakfast and another personal item that they considered rubbish, which was an upsetting and unpleasant surprise. Noise level in room 4 was very high as the window frames and glazing is very thin and I could hear every conversation people had at the street. Overall, it is okay hotel but not for a long stay I had.

The room itself is beautiful and clean. Room service was also very good. The host was very responsive but couple things that did come up. The sink did not drain easily. Our third day there was only cold water to shower and was fixed within 40 minutes. Our last night we were locked out because the keypad was malfunctioning and we waited almost an hour for someone to come let us in.

Si lo qué quieres es cercanía con la estación Trastévere, está a 5 minutos caminando, el único inconveniente es que hay que atravesar un bajo puente. La comunicación con la administradora muy buena y atenta. La habitación moderna y limpia. Se agradece el café, los snacks y el agua con gas y sin gas, sin límite.
